Summer of 2022, a high-priority initiative came down to our digital design department of two, myself and Victor Nepomuceno. The goal was to stand-up a communication-centric, premium plan that connected members to 24/7 customer service. The new plan would include custom photography, a dedicated app, custom employer micro-site, and a unique authenticated member portal experience— and it needed to be designed, UX tested, developed, and launched by 1/1/2023, just 7 months from when assigned.

With help from a broad, multi-disciplinary team, AmplifyHealth was born. On time and under budget. It was the most difficult deadline of my career, but I’m overjoyed with the results.
